This notice explains what information may be collected when someone uses Taney County Inmate Population, how that information is used, and when it may be shared. By using the site, you accept the practices described here. Official jail, court, and arrest records remain controlled by the agencies that create them, including records governed by Missouri Sunshine Law provisions such as RSMo Chapter 610.

Information You Submit

Search Terms

When a visitor enters a name, county, state, or similar term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Taney County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.

Messages

If you send an email or contact message, we use the information in that message to review and respond to it. We do not share contact-message contents outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
